You could get the head replaced, if you want to, of course. And if the skintone doesn't match, (which is often the case) they usually replace the limbs, too--so, in effect, you would be getting a brand-new doll for your friend--all because of the silver-eye!

All this at no charge, because silver-eye is caused by a factory defect in the eyes.

However, the "new doll" will be the current AGT#2, since they always replace with the SAME head--no swapping around allowed.
